    • Provide disability parking spaces compliant with DDA standards.

    • Cut to Fill of sub-grade to design RLs.

    • Pavement build-up of 400mm (PM2: 210mm, PM1: 150mm, Bitumen: 40mm).

    • Final trim PM1 to cross falls and achieving +/-10mm tolerance which is within the DPTI master specification requirements.

    Stormwater

    • Design and construct stormwater adjacent existing car park and pipe-line. Australasian Constructions design mitigated ongoing costs for the client by removing the need for stormwater holding tanks.

    • Expansion of the downstream existing detention basin to accommodate the additional run-off into the stormwater system yielded by the car park.

    Lighting

•Design and construction of car park lighting using DALI control system and induction loop for automatic lighting control to minimise the Clients ongoing costs.

    CCTV

    • Design and construction of the CCTV system utilising the latest camera technology to automatically zoom to security incidents and monitor traffic patterns.
